I need CS 1.6 with bots. What are your favorite mods?

I want to start playing Counter-Strike, and I think that in order to learn better, I need to win a game with bots first. Do you know of a reliable site where I can download CS 1.6 with bots? What mods would you recommend installing to make the game more interesting?

Not bad for a start, but there are thousands of mods, are you more interested in maps or just skins for weapons and characters?
