We’re considering PSM - security company in Dubai (https://psm-uae.com/) for a waterfront product launch (2k+ guests). We’ll need access lanes, VIP escort, backstage control, and radio discipline. For those who hired them, how robust was the pre-event risk assessment and crowd-flow plan? Any learnings about bag checks vs. queue times?
